Cook and Deliver

Rebecca's Kitchen.

This is the Kitchen: where raw problems are brought to be solved.

We all must play our unique parts.

Connect, operate, cooperate and exchange

Bring what you have. Trade for the rest.

Why call it a kitchen?
The history

Golda's Mitbachon

When Golda Meir was Prime Minister of Israel, the most critical survival decisions weren't made in formal bureaucratic halls. They were made in her actual kitchen. The "kitchen cabinet" (mitbachon) was a small, informal gathering of serious people who bypassed the bureaucracy to deal with reality directly, using whatever ingredients they had.

The operation today

The field brings the raw ingredients (friction, needs, briefs). You bring the skills to cook them into tools. You don't have to enlist. You just have to build.

  1. 01Report inWhat happened in a real room. From Network.
  2. 02Keep what workedSource, lesson, rule. The War Room does not manage the station.
  3. 03Brief the kitchenRepeated friction becomes a requested artifact. Quartermasters.
  4. 04Next room copies itIndependent nodes use the improved version. The method learns.
The Kitchen

Awareness CampaignsRun the campaigns that get people checking sources again. Merch & ProductPhysical things that carry the idea into the real world — and fund local hubs. Debate ClubsThe heart of it: real places to practice disagreeing out loud. Agriculture & AgriHackSolve real resource problems — and keep the method, not just the crop.

Drop an Order / Deliver a Tool

Submit a new brief for something the field needs, or drop off a cooked tool to be sent to the Supply Room.

The kitchen counter

Take. Build. Return.

  1. 01Take a briefField friction, already written. Pick one job on the counter.
  2. 02Ship the artifactA tool, template, checklist, skill, or deck. Then leave.
  3. 03Return the improved versionThe field uses it. You send back what broke. The next node gets a sharper copy.

And if I am for myself alone, what am I?
And if not now, when?"
